Naz Tekay is a graduate designer working at the intersection of art, design, and research. She is interested in how spaces can tell stories, preserve cultural memory, and create meaningful connections between people and place. For her, bringing together artistic thinking and spatial design allows environments to become more than functional settings; they can encourage dialogue, spark curiosity, and shape how we experience the world around us.
Her practice focuses on spatial and exhibition design, experience design, and research-led creative work. Through storytelling, drawings, models, and material experimentation, she explores how art, architecture, and people can come together to create engaging and memorable experiences. She is particularly interested in cultural institutions, adaptive reuse, and projects that connect art, heritage, and contemporary design.
Having lived and worked between Istanbul and London, Naz approaches each project through research and a sensitivity to context. She brings together conceptual thinking with visual and spatial experimentation to create work that is both poetic and purposeful.
